CircuitCity: http://circuitcity.com 52 E 14th St - Union Square. O ponto fraco desta loja, na minha experiência é o atendimento. Você pode comprar online e optar por pegar o produto em alguma das várias unidades, se livrando do inconveniente de correr atrás de um vendedor.
CompUSA: http://www.compusa.com 1775 Broadway, com Rua57. - Essa loja tem de tudo, inclusive peças, partes, enfim, mas não é das minhas favoritas. Embora a seleção de produtos seja muito boa, eu tenho um pouco de bronca. Pra mim, é último recurso. Fazem manutenção.

J&R http://www.jandr.com 15-23 Park Row - Esta perto do Ground Zero e do City Hall. Essa é outra loja boa de visitar. Tem tudo (música, eltrônicos, DVDs e mais)e acho que não tem quem more aqui e não freqüente.
Sharper Image: 57th entre Quinta e Sexta Avenidas. Pra quem gosta de novidades eletrônicas é uma boa visita, mesmo que não ache nada que você precisa mesmo nela
